SDSU Auditions Workshop:
2:30pm February 28, 2026
Auditions are high-stakes moments with not a moment to lose—requiring clarity, presence, and emotional availability under nervous system stress. In this session, actor and teacher Jeffrey Ingman and voice specialist Kimberly Moller combine their respective approaches, Audition Revelation Acting and Vocal Kinesthetics, to share practical, science-informed tools for regulating anxiety in the audition room and on camera. Participants will explore how targeted acting and vocal strategies create internal stillness while staying physically and emotionally responsive, supporting both spoken text and singing when it matters most.
Jeffrey Ingman, a renowned acting teacher and coach in Southern California. His company Audition Revelation focuses on the specific needs of the actor regardless of their skill set, training, and years of experience. Actors seek him out from within and outside the US. His clients continue to book TV commercials, television shows, and films. Many clients have retained reps in San Diego and Los Angeles. College Audition clients are accepted into several top schools each year under his direction and guidance. Jeffrey's passion for acting and the transformative effect it can have on individuals, lead him to create The Audition Revelation. His studio provides specialized coaching services that enable actors to excel in auditions, bringing out the best in them.
